Pietra is a cliffside Mediterranean restaurant overlooking the Adriatic in Pržno. Set between stone, sea and the sky, it offers a refined yet relaxed atmosphere where time slows down and the rhythm of the coast defines the experience.
With only 48 seats and a private seaside setting, Pietra is designed to feel discovered rather than crowded.

Just below the terrace, a secluded waterfront setting offers a more intimate way to experience Pietra.
Designed for sunset aperitifs, private dinners and carefully curated gatherings by the sea, this space brings guests closer to the water while preserving the calm atmosphere of the restaurant.

The menu follows the rhythm of the coast — from oysters and red prawns with stracciatella to seafood spaghetti, prawns buzara risotto and dry-aged Black Angus and Wagyu. Pietra brings together Adriatic ingredients and Mediterranean tradition in a refined but relaxed way.
